The weekend before last, FACC honored long-serving employees who are celebrating a milestone service anniversary this year. All employees with a service of 10 years or more were honored. Including employees of CoLT.
In addition to enthusiasm and perseverance, innovation also requires a great deal of experience. It is our long-serving employees who, with their know-how and above all their passion, accompany projects over many years and thus not only ensure continuity, but also make a significant contribution to big visions – such as an even more sustainable aerospace industry – in the long term implement.
